You have been training for eighteen months plus and have tracked food before consistently

WHETHER YOU ARE NEW TO WORKING OUT OR HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY TRAINING FOR YEARS, THERE IS A PLAN TO TAKE YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL.
Dylan Meagher is the Head Coach and Founder of Courage Training Academy. He has created a Community Coaching System where clients will take the power back into their own hands through being provided with Education and Knowledge on all things Nutrition & Training along with all other relevant variables.
You will be guided through the whole process by Dylan who will be active daily on the Private Facebook Community where you are encouraged to ask questions and post progress. It is not a one-to-one PT experience but rather an Online Gym setting where you and other members will interact with Dylan as a group, but all following your own unique routine from the principles of our Lifestyle & Nutrition Guide.
Through years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Muay Thai Coach, Dylan has realised that the best results come when people are taught how to take control of their own choices in relation to Training & Nutrition, rather than being fed a one size fits all plan. You will be taught to Set Goals efficiently, understand your Calorie & Macronutrient Requirements, how to implement small Daily Habits that will lead you to Long-Term Sustainable Success. All the while having a constant stream of Support & Motivation through the Community Coaching Model.
Dylan has a vast experience in Personal Training all kinds of clients from all walks of life, having worked at and co-owned a gym for 4 years. He has trained clients from complete beginners who need to lose weight to high level competitive fighters and other athletes looking for performance goals. He actively competes a very high level himself in Muay Thai having won Irish, European and 4 Nations Professional Championships. He is currently ranked #8 in the world in the WBC Professional Rankings and #14 in the world in the WMO Professional Rankings.
